First Time Instructions (for all platforms)

• Be sure you have a Java SE Runtime Environment (JRE) 6.0 virtual machine installed. You can download Java from Sun's site.
• Java Web Start will download the latest version of the application if it is not already on your system.
• To launch the application using Java Web Start, click this link.
• If presented with a message such as:
  
  
  choose the Java Web Start Launcher option.
  
  
• If presented with a message such as:
  
  
  select "Run". Check "Always trust content from this publisher" if you do not want to see this message again. Details of the security certificate can be seen by choosing the "More Information..." link.
