On March 19, 2008, a rain storm developed at about 15:30 UTC. About 12.5 hours later, the rain turned to snow as the temperature dropped to 6°C. Temperatures quickly fell to near freezing about an hour later then continued to fall. The period of no precipitation from 21:30 UTC - 0:30 UTC seems to correspond to the fall in relative humidity during that time. The storm dropped 0.7 inches (1.8 cm) of snowfall.
