On January 28, 2007, a rain storm developed about 8 UTC and turned into snow about 4 hours later, dropping 2.2 inches (5.6 cm). The snow-water equivalent was 0.14 inches (0.36 cm). The snow continued to fall till the end of the storm. There was a Northwest Flow, and some graupel fell around 23 UTC. The radiation uplooking graph shows increased cloud cover on the day of the storm compared to the previous day.
