On January 19, 2008, a virga case developed at about 5:30 UTC and didn't reach the surface till about 10 hours later, the precipitation reached the ground as snow. The storm dropped 0.4 inches (1.0 cm) of snowfall. The snow-water equivalent was 0.04 inches (0.1 cm).
