On January 1, 2008, a snow storm developed at about 8 UTC. Snowfall was scattered throughout the storm as the relative humidity stayed around 80%. Temperatures remained below freezing. The storm dropped 4.0 inches (10.2 cm) of snowfall. The snow-water equivalent was 0.13 inches (0.33 cm).
