On January 9, 2007, a virga case developed about 12 UTC, and snow reached the ground about 3 hours later. Snow fell from 15 UTC to 1 UTC the next day. Temperatures remained below freezing throughout most of the storm. The storm dropped 4.0 inches (10.2 cm) of snowfall. The snow-water equivalent was 0.31 inches (0.79 cm).
