On February 26, 2008, a virga case developed at about 4:30 UTC. About 6 hours later, rain reached the ground. Another 10 hours later, the rain turned to snow. The storm dropped 8.3 inches (21.1 cm) of snowfall. The snow-water equivalent was 0.39 inches (0.99 cm). Below are the dBZ and doppler velocity radar images and graphs of statistics during and around the storm. Blue highlighted areas on the graphs indicate the time of the storm.
