On February 19, 2008, a virga case developed at about 1:30 UTC. About 1 hour later, snow reached the ground. The temperature remained below freezing throughout the storm. Times when snow did not reach the ground seem to correspond with the times when the relative humidity was below 70%. The storm dropped 0.1 inches (0.3 cm) of snowfall. The snow-water equivalent was 0.01 inches (0.03 cm). Below are the dBZ and doppler velocity radar images and graphs of statistics during and around the storm. Blue highlighted areas on the graphs indicate the time of the storm. Also, there are graphs of the storm with its corresponding radar image. All images link to a larger image.
