On February 17, 2007, a virga case developed about 11 UTC, and snow reached the ground about 4 hours later. Snow fell from 15 UTC to 22 UTC the next day. The storm dropped 5.5 inches (14.0 cm) of snow. The snow-water equivalent was 0.23 inches (0.58 cm).
