On December 1, 2008, a snow storm developed at about 8:30 UTC. About 18.5 hours later, at 3 UTC the next day, the snow stopped despite temperatures remained below freezing. Rain fell till the end of the storm. The storm dropped 2.9 inches (7.4 cm) of snowfall. The snow-water equivalent was 0.15 inches (0.38 cm).
