On April 27, 2008, a rain storm developed at about 19:30 UTC. Around 22 UTC, the rain turned to virga as the relative humidity dipped. But rain fell again starting around 5 UTC as the relative humidity rose again. Temperatures plunged around 15 UTC, possibly causing fall in echo top heights.
