On April 14, 2008, a snow storm developed at about 16:30 UTC. Around 2 UTC, the snow turned to virga despite a constant relative humidity of 95%. Temperatures remained below freezing throughout most of the storm. The storm dropped 0.4 inches (1.0 cm) of snowfall. The snow-water equivalent was 0.08 inches (0.2 cm).
