Congratulations to graduating seniors Levi Lovell and Luke Allen!

Levi Lovell attained Summa Cum Laude and Departmental Honors. He will be starting graduate school in the fall at North Carolina State University working with Dr. Matthew Parker.

Luke Allen attained Summa Cum Laude and will be starting graduate school in the fall at the University of Illinois working with Dr. Sonia Lasher-Trapp.

Daniel Hueholt won the National Weather Association Arthur C. Pike Scholarship and the NOAA Ernest F. Hollings Undergraduate Scholarship.

Congratulations to graduating seniors Emma Scott and Laura Tomkins!

Emma Scott was awarded University Scholars and the Departmental Honor and attained Summa Cum Laude. She will be attending graduate school at University of Illinois in the fall.
Laura Tomkins was awarded MEAS Outstanding Senior in Meteorology and attained Magna Cum Laude. Laura will be attending graduate school at University of Kansas in the fall.

Levi Lovell was awarded the Jerry Watson Scholarship at the May 2017 meeting of the Central North Carolina Chapter of the American Meteorological Society.
